Finally found fresh batteries for our Canon A590IS. Had four pairs of rechargeable NiMH AAs and all of them were drained (WTF? FAIL!)... iPhone desperately needs a timer function for its camera app. Anyways... Melody, Kristal, and I took some silly pics to mark the end of our trip to BlizzCon 2010. What an epic weekend of folly, freedom, and geekdom! Farewell, Anaheim!

After a few absolutely blockheaded jokes disguised as new MMO announcements, Blizzard reps shooed themselves off the stage and made way for real headliners: Tenacious D. Yes, Jack Black and crew brought full-power awesome to the thousands packed into the Anaheim Convention Center. Folks, we need a "Death Starr..." Bonus: Kristal shows off her new Murloc jacket from J!NX, nice though they only had Medium in stock which was wayyy too baggy!

Though not as epic as the official 3v3 World of Warcraft bracket battles for cash prizes, SteelSeries offered some excitement for mere mortals of PVP. Also nice to see: A boomkin druid! That plus the Tree of Life and now all I need for the complete BlizzCon are people wearing bear and cat-form costumes! Note the folks playing StarCraft on the 108" high definition TV from NVIDIA. Phat.
